Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 3 days in advance for date/casual hair and makeup, or at least a week in advance for weddings and prom. If you fail to reschedule or cancel you forfeit all rights to a refund. If rescheduled/canceled on time there will be an inconvenience fee of $15 per person for date/casual and $30 per person for weddings and prom.
